Arashi Bowl is one of those restaurants where you want to try EVERYTHING on the menu. When you see the menu, you’ll know why.

Doesn’t everything sound yummy? At a moderate price, it fits my budget just fine. The service is quick, especially when the restaurant isn’t that busy. We were lucky enough to get there at a quiet time and our food came out before we could even wash our hands. We ordered
Spicy tuna and salmon sashimi bowl:

Salmon teriyaki bowl:

Creamy salmon salad:

Fried gyoza:

Edamame:

Spicy mayo karage chicken:

and some miso soup:

The miso soup is set up at a station near the front, next to the demo of the Daily Special. It is self-serve with the miso in a large slow cooker, with spinach (I believe) and green onions in a bowl next to it. Sadly, there is no tofu (my favorite part). Drinks are also self-serve.

Here is what usually comes on your table:

There were napkins in the glass next to the chopsticks, but we had just ran out unfortunately while the other tables had more than enough. Also, my friend's vape does not come with every table. No vaping or smoking was happening inside the restaurant mind you!
I have studied here before, rather I have tried to study here, but there are usually large families that show up and it can get noisy, plus once you get your food you just want to eat it all up. The atmosphere is casual and there is interesting artwork on the walls, reminiscent of Japan.

I give Arashi Bowl a 4/5. I have a particular liking for Japanese food and it’s not breaking my budget.

Bonus: If you need catering, they do it!

I'll end up editing this post with future food photos. ;-)
